Will will open registration on September 11th for the Fall Playday to be held November 1st.

The only difference will be, how you send your information. Under the register tab, you will find the form that fits your needs (on September 11).

The informaton, that we will need, will be the same as in the past (name, tshirt size, food preference {Hamburger or Hotdog}, waiver/release signed).

For the adult form, for individuals that can sign their own consent,  click here ( http://hooveshalos.gm7site.net/uploads/Adult-Volunteer%20Release.pdf ). We will need forms for everyone who attends, participants, as well as those who accompany them. These need to be turned in at the registration desk upon arrival.
